Hopper: How quickly (and dramatically) Canadians lost faith with immigration

Tristan Hopper: Multiple fiscal analyses have surmised that this has probably been a bad thing for the economy. Last month, the C.D. Howe issued an alert warning that Canadian mismanagement of immigration was depressing wages, hurting productivity and serving as a “pathway for low-wage labour rather than a means of attracting top global talent.”
